You may be lost in the face of the delicious Chinese food and the horrible menu. For example, “Chicken Without Sexual Life” has nothing to do with the private life of this innocent chicken laying on the table. Or maybe you should know the best way to get familiar with Chinese culture is through those colorful dishes served as the main channel of communication.

This time we invite you to our English Salon with your favourite vegetable or snacks, to enjoy a cool night with the delicious salad.

    Salad is a mixture of cold foods, usually including vegetables and/or fruits, often with a dressing, occasionally nuts or croutons, and sometimes with the addition of meat, fish, pasta, cheese, or whole grains.

    Apart from the dish, we will play some game to add more fun to the salon. So why not come and have fun next Tuesday night?

本期英语沙龙邀请你参加我们的沙拉拼盘分享会，你可以自由带一份新鲜水果或其他小吃过来，现场可以展示你的精湛手艺，与其他沙龙好友们分享。但是不建议带需要烹调的食品，除了可以用微波炉叮的之外。而真正的考验在于，你必须向大家介绍你带来的美味，用英语！

沙拉是英语Salad的译音，我国北方习惯译作“沙拉”，上海译作“色拉”，广东、香港则译作“沙律”。但不管怎么翻译，都要求其原材料新鲜细嫩，符合卫生要求，具有色泽鲜艳、外形美观、鲜嫩爽口、解腻开胃的特点。沙拉的原料，以清凉蔬菜为主，如生菜、西红柿、芦笋、茄子、青椒等，部分沙拉会以肉为辅料，如肉批、熏火腿、龙虾、虾仁、鸡丝、鸡肝、鹅肝等。总得说来，自然、可口、健康、热量低是其特色，吃起來酸酸甜甜。炎炎夏日，不妨來盘水果沙拉，享受清爽原味。

现场还有些好玩的游戏，为大家开开胃。有得吃，有得玩，又有得学，还不来参加我们的英语沙龙？

【活动费用】 10元，饮料费，无限续杯。

【活动人数】 30-40人。

【注意事项】

1、准时参加活动，对迟到而错过精彩节目的朋友，我们只能说sorry, 不能等你了。

2、爱护场地设施，注意公共卫生。
